CHALLENGE
CREATING AN IMMERSIVE, ANIMATED WEBSITE THAT EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATES THE ETHICS OF VEGANISM WHILE MAINTAINING HIGH PERFORMANCE.
SOLUTION
To ensure both aesthetic appeal and high performance, we explored multiple approaches and iterated on different frameworks, paired with an animation style that strikes the right balance between whimsical and mature—engaging without undermining the website's message.
The team initially relied on pre-rendered animations, but after testing, it became clear that a more efficient, code-driven solution was necessary. As a result, we decided to custom-build an animation system optimised for web performance.
